As a result, TS has implemented a number of internal procedures to protect its users against scams and abuse. Nevertheless, this does not exempt you from exercising your vigilance vis-à-vis advertisements that might escape the moderation of the site and get published on TS.

1. SECURE TRADE

- Your contact does not give you a verifiable telephone or postal address
- Your account, credit card or equivalent number is requested prior to a transaction
- Your contact person suggests to close the transaction in a non-public, unfamiliar or suspicious place
- The ad is about branded or valuable items
- Your contact can not produce proof of purchase or legal possession of the property
- The value of the good or service changes at the time of the transaction
- Your contact declares living in a foreign country
