In particular, your attention is required in the following cases:

  • The advertisement describes a good or service at unrealistic value or too far from market prices

  • Your contact does not give you a verifiable telephone or postal address

  • Your account, credit card or equivalent number is requested prior to a transaction

  • Your contact person suggests to close the transaction in a non-public, unfamiliar or suspicious place

  • The ad is about branded or valuable items

  • Your contact can not produce proof of purchase or legal possession of the property

  • The value of the good or service changes at the time of the transaction

  • Your contact declares living in a foreign country

Please note that TS has no involvement in the management of transactions and therefore any claim for payment or compensation deemed to be related to TS is an attempt to deceive or deceive you.
