TROCSQUARE.BE (" TS ") has established a Confidentiality and Data Privacy Policy (" CDPP ") under its Terms of Use (" Terms "). The CDPP applies to all TS users and visitors within the scope and limits set in the Terms.
The CDPP respects the Belgian Act of December 8, 1992 ruling the protection of privacy with regard to the processing of personal data and its implementing decrees. This law sets limits and conditions regarding treatment (collection, recording, storage, consultation, use, shipping, distribution, etc.) of personal data for the protection of fundamental rights and freedom of individuals, in particular regarding the protection of privacy. Belgian law applies to this CDPP, with the exception of any other national law.
In addition, the PCVP respects the General Regulation for the Protection of Data (" GDPR ") adopted in April 2016, in application on May 25, 2018, regarding the collection, processing and disclosure of personal information or data.
TS collects the following personal information when inserting an ad or when registering on the TS website: name, city, province, telephone number, email address, IP address. Login password is not stored in clear text. Only its encrypted version is used for identification of registered users. Therefore, TS and its management do not have access to this information.
The information contained in the ads is stored and displayed on TS during their publication time. When ads are deleted by users, moderators and TS administrators, this information is not stored on the site servers.
Emails and messages sent via the TS servers can be retained for processing questions or requests and service improvement. Similarly, information related to a request for information on an ad are recorded and stored (email address, IP, content address, date).
TS does not carry out any other data collection outside of the scope mentioned above, in particular regarding data related to the browsing history of the site visitors.
Some data collected is used for statistical purposes on the use of the internet and the protection and improvement of services, protection of TS rights or TS users rights.

3. DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA
TS may be required to disclose the personal data of its users and their transactions in the following cases:- Additional data processing via TS partners operating within TS CDPP
- Response to a court proceeding in legal proceedings or binding requests from an official entity under TS Terms, to respond to claims that content violates the rights of third parties; respond to claims that contact information (eg phone number, street address) of a third party have been posted or transmitted without their consent or as a form of harassment; protect the rights, property or personal safety of TS, its users or the general public.
4. RIGHT TO ACCESS, CORRECTION AND DELETION OF PERSONAL DATA
TS grants its registered users the right to change their username, email address and password for their own care.Registered users can request changes or removal of all personal data concerning them by request, dated and signed, accompanied by a copy of their identity card to the following address:
